MY ORDER
I entered the wrong size/ quantity/ address during checkout. How can I update this?
Please send us an email at pine@outlook.com.au or fill out the contact form on the Contact Pine page within 1-2 days after your order was made. Please ensure that enquiries contain your name and order number.
When will my order be shipped?
We will process your order between 2-7 days from your day of purchase (excludes weekends and public holidays).
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with your tracking no.
I need to return/exchange a product, what do I do?

My discount is not working, what do I do?
