When is a size/ product coming back in stock?
We understand it can be frustrating when a product or size you require is out of stock. We do try and restock all of our products however some products are made in limited quantities and may be one-off pieces that won't be restocked. How do I know what size I am?
Head over to our Sizing Page to see our sizing charts. If you're still unsure, send us a message and we'd be happy to help! 

How do I care for my swimwear?

  • Hand wash in cold water
  • Air dry
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not tumble or spin dry
  • Do not dry clean
  • Avoid rough surfaces

How do I care for my cap?

  1. Clean out your sink of any filth
  2. Fill sink with slightly warm water and laundry powder/detergent
  3. Rub area of hat that needs cleaning
  4. Leave to soak for a further 5 mins - MAKE SURE YOU RINSE IN COLD WATER BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO DRY!
  5. Take out and drip dry inside (away from sun)
  6. Once the hat is almost dry, but still slightly damp, grab a blow dryer and blow dry the INSIDE of the cap, not the outside to ensure no fading. Ensure the blow dryer is set to cool.
  7. Hang back up to finish drying
  8. Blow dry on cool the INSIDE of the cap to reshape back to perfect.

    MY ORDER 

    I entered the wrong size/ quantity/ address during checkout. How can I update this?
    Sometimes it happens! But don't worry. Send us a message on the live chat in the bottom right hand corner of your browser (Monday - Friday 9am-5pm AEST). For after hours just send us an email as soon as possible at pine@outlook.com.au or fill out the contact form the Contact Pine page. 

    When will my order be shipped?
    We try to pack and dispatch orders either on the same day or next day (excludes weekends and public holidays)

    How do I track my order?
    Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping notification to your email address which has your tracking information inside. 

    I need to return/exchange a product, What do I do?
    We get it, sometimes things don't fit quite how you imagined. Therefore, we do accept returns and exchanges under some conditions. Head over to our Returns & Exchanges page to see if you are eligible.

    How much does shipping cost?
    Head to our shipping page to find out about shipping costs for domestic and international orders. 

    Do you ship internationally?
    Yes. We currently ship to most of the world. If we don't currently ship to your country, Contact Pine and we will see what we can do! 

    PAYMENT

    What payment methods do you accept?
    We currently accept payment via Credit Card, Paypal and Afterpay. Two forms of accelerated checkout are also available. These include Google Pay and Apple Pay. 

    What currency is charged during checkout? 
    All orders are charged in AUD (Australian Dollar) during checkout.
