MY ORDER 

I entered the wrong size/ quantity/ address during checkout. How can I update this?
Please send us an email as soon as possible at pine@outlook.com.au or fill out the contact form on the Contact Pine page. Please ensure that all enquiries contain your name and order number so that the team can easily locate your order.

When will my order be shipped?
We try to pack and dispatch orders 1-2 business days from your day of purchase (excludes weekends and public holidays).

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping notification to your email address which has your tracking information inside. 

I need to return/exchange a product, what do I do?
We get it, sometimes things don't fit quite how you imagined. Therefore, we do accept returns and exchanges under some conditions. Head over to our Returns & Exchanges page to see if you are eligible. 

My discount is not working, what do I do?
Discount codes are not eligible on pre-order items and are only applicable to stocked items. If you are having issues with adding your discount code to stocked items or are unsure of where a discount code can be applied please contact us.

When is a size/ product coming back in stock?
We understand it can be frustrating when a product or size you require is out of stock. We do try to restock all of our products however some products are made in limited quantities and may be one-off pieces that won't be restocked. How do I know what size I am?
Head over to our Sizing Page to see our sizing charts. If you're still unsure, please send us an email and we'd be happy to help! 

    SHIPPING

    How much does shipping cost?
    Head to our shipping page to find out about shipping costs for domestic and international orders. 

    Do you ship internationally?
    Yes. We currently ship to most of the world. If we don't currently ship to your country, Contact Pine and we will see what we can do! 

    PAYMENT

    What payment methods do you accept?
    We currently accept payment via Credit Card, Paypal and Afterpay. Two forms of accelerated checkout are also available. These include Google Pay and Apple Pay. 

    What currency is charged during checkout? 
    All orders are charged in AUD (Australian Dollar) during checkout.
